The TVS LP-46 Dlite WiFi is a thermal transfer printer that combines high performance with versatile connectivity. It offers a print resolution of 203 DPI and a maximum print width of 108 mm, delivering clear and precise prints at a speed of up to 152 mm/s. The printer is equipped with 32MB of SDRAM and 64MB of Flash memory, ensuring ample storage for fonts and graphics, while the print head life of 50 km underscores its durability.

Advanced sensors such as a photoelectric sensor, thermistor for TPH temperature detection, and a microswitch for TPH position detection ensure accurate and reliable printing. The TVS LP-46 Dlite WiFi supports multiple interfaces, including USB, Serial, Ethernet, and WiFi, offering flexible connectivity options. It is powered by a 32-bit RISC MCP CPU, capable of handling complex printing tasks efficiently.

The printer supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes, including Code39, Code93, Codabar, Code128 (Subsets A, B, and C), EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Planet Code, Standard 2 of 5, Industrial 2 of 5, Interleaved 2 of 5, LOGMARS, GS1 Data Bar, PDF 417, MicroPDF417, QR Code, DataMatrix, MaxiCode, and GS1 Composite. This broad barcode compatibility makes it suitable for various labeling applications.

Character printing is highly flexible, with options for rotation (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) and enlargement (1-10x). The printer includes built-in 7 dot matrix fonts and 1 vector font, and it supports the download of additional fonts. It also supports various graphical formats such as binary non-format bitmap, HEX, PCX, BMP, and IMG, which can be downloaded to FLASH or RAM.

The TVS LP-46 Dlite WiFi can handle different paper types, including continuous paper, marking paper, label paper, and perforated paper. It supports a maximum paper width of 118 mm and a paper roll outer diameter of 127 mm, with inner diameters of 25.4 mm (1 inch) or 38 mm (1.5 inch). The printer offers multiple paper handling options such as tear-off, rewind, peel-off (optional), and cut (optional), accommodating paper thicknesses from 0.06 to 0.25 mm. The ribbon length is up to 300 m, with inner diameters of 12.7 mm or 25.4 mm, enhancing efficiency by reducing the need for frequent ribbon changes.
