LP-46 Dlite Plus

The TVS LP-46 Dlite Plus Printer is designed for high-quality, efficient thermal transfer printing. It features a 203 DPI resolution and can print up to a maximum width of 108 mm with a maximum print speed of 152 mm/s. The printer is equipped with 32 MB SDRAM and 64 MB Flash memory, ensuring smooth operation and ample storage for fonts and graphics. The print head life is rated at 50 Km, providing durability for extensive printing tasks.

The TVS LP-46 Dlite Plus utilizes advanced sensors including a photoelectric sensor, thermistor for TPH temperature detection, and a microswitch for TPH position detection. Connectivity options are robust, with USB, serial, and Ethernet interfaces included. Powered by a 32-bit RISC MCP CPU, the printer supports a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes, making it versatile for various labeling needs.

Character printing is flexible with rotation options (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) and enlargement capabilities (1-10x). The built-in character set includes 7 dot matrix fonts and 1 vector font, with support for user-downloaded fonts. Graphical support is extensive, allowing for binary non-format bitmap, HEX, PCX, BMP, and IMG formats to be downloaded to the printer’s FLASH or RAM.

The printer accommodates various paper types, including continuous paper, marking paper, label paper, and perforated paper. It supports a maximum paper width of 118 mm and paper roll outer diameter of 127 mm, with inner diameters of 25.4 mm (1 inch) or 38 mm (1.5 inch). Paper handling options include tear-off, rewind, peel-off (optional), and cut (optional). The paper thickness range is 0.06-0.25 mm. Additionally, the ribbon length is up to 300 m, with inner diameters of 12.7 mm or 25.4 mm, enhancing the printer’s efficiency and reducing the frequency of ribbon changes.
